• Knowledge of multiple email marketing platforms (Responsys, MailChimp, Exact Target, Campaign Monitor, Marketo, Constant Contact, and more)
  • Skills as related to developing and executing promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email marketing initiatives
  • Other email marketing skills & knowledge including: customer segmentation, conditional dynamic content implementation, and automation logic (personalization), as well as CAN-SPAM Act, email deliverability, and testing best practices


  • Experience with the analytics workflow and knowledge of industry standard tools to perform data analysis (SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Mode)
  • Worked with a wide variety CRM and sales software in order to develop strategies and enhance customer experiences, including Salesforce and Zoho among others
  • Knowledge of rules, standards, and best practices for how data is collected, stored, arranged, integrated and put to use in data systems


  • 3+ years HTML, CSS, and Adobe Dreamweaver experience
  • 7+ years creative design experience using Adobe Photoshop (1 year using Illustrator)
